This is the 64-bit C++ version, written with Visual Studio 2019.
The resulting .mp4 captured video is compatible with Windows 10 "Movies & TV".
FFmpeg does all the hard job, and the provided version is compressed with UPX.
Fabrice Bellar the original author, was born in 1972 in Grenoble (where I am living).
