IUP GDI/WinLift

Hi Patrice,

I was wondering how difficult it would be to theme the IUP library for Windows with either WinLift or your cool GDI UI.

I had never heard of IUP before you ask me about it.

The point is, all my graphic tools are relying on GDI32, GDIPLUS, OpenGL.

In order to skin an application on the fly, WinLIFT requires the use of a DLL and a Windows environment.
