I am just using Ambient reflection with 3D.png.
However i have just been able to get the full texture set, but i have not checked them yet.

do not
have any optimized renderer at my disposal yet. I was only speculating about one.

It looks very cool indeed!
I suggest making a few shafts and gears in the head rotating to denote some physical activity.
