But how did you manage to DL the model? I don't see any options!

I started from the 3ds file i found there:

It looks impressive indeed! :)

Do you plan on adding more geo detail to the back wheel? It seems a little simplistic without an axle and its rubber plunging straight into the metal...

Several meshes have been reworked, the new block engine with AO enhancement looks great, no more overlaping meshes.

Very, very cool, my friend! 8)

I'm still working on some features. Hopefully I'll finish them and be ready for sync'ing by the end of Sunday. :)

... this one should be ready for the new OR release  ;D
v2.55 will most likely come tomorrow. I'll start a new WIP topic on it. Lots of code refactoring, fixes and additions coming, and specifically the ability to inspect the model textures similar to SketchFab. We're going to need time to sync our new "reference" OR sources. 8)   (see snapshots below)

You know, when i compare the old models with the latest collection additions, i can measure the progress that have been done...
Yes, it's been a long long way indeed, practically as long as we know each other. :)

And while we're at it, please start thinking about deprecating FFP altogether when we have our OR v3.0 out that will have frame buffer objects to render and post-process to. It isn't going to be this time but rather shortly indeed.

No way will FFP be able to compete with, or even stand near by, the new v3.0. It will be kinda a disgrace to have it in there, though ALL of the models you ever laid your hands on will remain great pieces of 3D art. :)
