Oh yes,

That's a genuine Soviet make of a radio amateur simplex transceiver from the 70's! They were made as a consumer product from military grade parts and accessories, which explains their heavy duty military look.

The soundtrack is also a piece of authentic Russian short wave radio bla-bla.
